Discussion: Mayor Kasparek read an email from Doris Van Leeuwen, 1231 Twin Leaf Ave, Agenda item G concerning the rezoning of Lots 7,8,9 of Prairie West Addition - several residents are against the rezoning at this time. The reason being he has not completed previous projects to the south and it is an eyesore. Trash, junk, over grown weeds, storage of business equipment and none visible fire hydrants. I have included some picture that I took today of the area we have to look at. It would be nice to see a few businesses in our neighborhood since the town is now growing to the west. Apartments and/or townhouses do not fit the aesthetics of our homes or infrastructure of the area. Please feel free to share this with the zoning. E.
