Others present City Administrator Doug Boldt andCity Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion toapprove agenda byOlney. Second byOrris. Allayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Review ofFY2024-2025 andFY2025-2026 Budget Discussion: City Administrator Doug Boldt andCouncil discussed priorities forthepurpose oftheFY26 budget. The following items were discussed aspossible items tobebudgeted for: permanent restrooms at Deer View park andAuxiliary Fields, lights atthebasketball courts invarious parks, lights atClear Creek trail from Roberts Ferry Road toSouth Park Road, splash padpossibly atDeer View Park, water holding tank forcurrent splash padtowater baseball fields, parking lotextension around City Park totheEast, trees along South Kimberlite St.entrance toCity Park, council chambers audio/video andrefresh and evaluating water andsewer rates. D. Discussion and Review ofProposed Truck Parking Ordinance isResidential Districts Discussion: CityAdministrator Doug Boldt reviewed drafted language withCouncil.
