City Council Reports – Discussion: Council Member Orris expressed disappointment with Kinetic and the communication provided throughout the fiber installation process, noting that the experience has not been consistent with how the project was presented to Council earlier this summer. Council Person Limkemann noted the Fire Department received a grant from FSB for $2000. TERA pancake breakfast will be October 18th from 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Council Member Schnedler reported receiving numerous complaints regarding Kinetic’s lack of communication throughout the fiber installation process. 3.
