Kasparek declared that the R.SOLUTION NO. 2026- A
PU LIC HEARING DATE OF OCTOBER 20, 2026 ON THE PROPOSED ADOPTION
OF THE CODIFIED CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 15th day of September, 2026.
