RESOLUTION NO. 2024- 055 A RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WELL # 5 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA — CONTRACTOR — SHAWVER WELL COMPANY WHEREAS, On August 12, 2024, the Project Engineer states the Well # 5 Improvements Project was completed in general accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications on file with the City of Tiffin, Iowa and placed into operation and recommends Final Payment be made to the Contractor. WHEREAS, the Well # 5 Improvements Project is complete and acceptable to the City of Tiffin. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the Well # 5 Improvements Project is complete and acceptable to the City of Tiffin and final payment shall be made to the Contractor. On the 20th day of August, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2024- 055,A RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WELL # 5 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA — CONTRACTOR — SHAWVER WELL COMPANY and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Orris. Ayes: Orris, Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Olney. Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Kasparek declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2024- 055,A RESOLUTION FOR FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WELL # 5 IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, TIFFIN, IOWA — CONTRACTOR — SHAWVER WELL COMPANY to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
