We recommend awarding the project in the amount of$ 1, 081, 893. 80. The base bid will include all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct new storm sewer, water main, sanitary sewer, PCC paving with granular shoulders, PCC paving with curb and gutters, PCC sidewalk and ADA curb ramps, erosion control and seeding, and other related work. MMS has reviewed the bid and project specifications before making this recommendation.
