DocuSign Envelope ID: COB 5DOA4- 9113- 4661- 88CA- 92EE6C83BB70 RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 081 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD THE BID FOR THE 2019 IMPROVEMENTS — FOREVERGREEN ROAD PROJECT Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin received bids on June 13, 2019, for the 2019 Improvements — Forevergreen Road Project; and, Whereas, the City Council has identified the lowest, most responsible bid; and, Whereas, the City Council wishes to award the project and begin the contractual process, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign all necessary notices, documents and forms of contract as required and necessary to execute a contract with the lowest, most responsible bidder as identified and recommended by the City Engineer. 18th On the day of June, 2019, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 081, A RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR THE 2019 IMPROVEMENTS — FOREVERGREEN ROAD PROJECT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Schnedler. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 081, A RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR THE 2019 IMPROVEMENTS - FOREVERGREEN ROAD PROJECT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 18th Passed by the City Council on the day of June, 2019.
