Recording of ordinance and easements with Johnson County Recorder. 4. Approval of final landscaping and lighting plans. 5. Construction of public sidewalk along Hwy 6 frontage. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends approval of Ordinance No. 2025-523 rezoning Lot 30, Tiffin East from OPD/R-12 and OPD/C-1B to OPD/R-4, subject to the conditions listed above.
