Thedate fortheopening andpublic reading ofbidsfortheProject issetfor May10,2018, at10:00a.m.and, 2. Thedate forthePublic Hearing oftheProject issetforMay15,2018, at 7:00p.m.and, 3. Thedateforconsideration ofbids fortheProject bytheCityCouncil issetat May15,2018, at7:00P.M.andwillbeacted uponatsuch timeandplace orat such time andplace asmay then beset. 4. That theCityCouncil hereby directs theCityClerk tohave published theNotice ofHearing oftheContract Documents fortheProject inanewspaper ofgeneral circulation intheCity, which publication shall bemade atleast once, notless than four (4)andnotmore than twenty (20)days priortothedate ofthesaid hearing. 5.
