The CityCouncil nowhaving further reviewed the theMayor andCity Clerk toenter intoanagreement withPrairie Village Residential Development Phase 1,tofullyexecute thedocument. th Onthe6dayofMarch, 2018, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introducedRESOLUTIONNO.2018-022,ARESOLUTION AUTHORIZINGTHEENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTWITHPRAIRIEVILLAGE RESIDENTIALDEVELOPMENT PHASE1,OFTIFFIN,IOWAFORA andmade amotion forapproval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Schnedler. Nays: None. Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thatRESOLUTIONNO.2018-022,ARESOLUTIONAUTHORIZINGTHE ENTERINGINTOANAGREEMENTWITHPRAIRIEVILLAGERESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PHASE1,OFTIFFIN,IOWAFOR AGREEMENTtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing his signature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe6dayofMarch, 2018.
