Overview
January was a windy and cold month. We saw multiple days with high winds and brutal cold wind chills resulting in
multiple weather delays, reducing our weather bucket (see weather log). Even with the weather, the site made steady
progress. The CMU walls are erected in the locker room area. We were able to get the roof on Building B (North lean-
to) and started installing the liner on Building A (gym building). The interior steel columns and beams were delivered
and started erection. In the next couple of weeks, the second floor will start taking shape. Our main concern is getting
the building enclosed with the roof and the exterior metal panels to begin temporary heating for the slab pours.
Major Milestones / Accomplishments
• PEMB Building B is roofed
Upcoming Milestones
• PEMB Building A Roof
• Main interior steel erection completion
Key Issues and Concerns
• Color selection of AF-2 – Wrapped up with additional samples
• Finalizing owner supplied equipment and getting contractors on board
• Electrical and Gas service to building
• Weather and building enclosure to pour slabs on grades
