Motion seconded byCouncilperson Havens. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Kahler, Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon FiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-072, ARESOLUTIONAUTHORIZING HART-FREDERICKCONSULTANTSP.C.PROJECTENGINEERTOPROCEED WITHTHEDESIGN,NECESSARYPERMITS, PUBLICATIONSANDSUBMITTALTO THEIOWADEPARTMENTOFTRANSPORTATIONFORREVIEWFORTHE PEDESTRIANSIDEWALK/TUNNELREDESIGNPROJECTFORTHECITYOF TIFFIN,IOWAtobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing his signature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe5dayofSeptember, 2017.
