The Mayor presided and therollwas called, showing members present andabsent asfollows: Present: AlHavens, Peggy Upton, JoKahler. Absent: Mike Ryan, JimBartels. The Mayor announced that this was the time and place setforhearing on the 2017 Amendment tothePlanfor theVillages PartIUrban Revitalization Area. Allwritten objections, statements, and evidence heretofore filed were read, andalloral objections, statements, and all other exhibits presented were considered. The following named persons presented oralobjections, statements, orevidence as summarized below; filed written objections orstatements, copies ofwhich areattached hereto; or presented other exhibits, copies ofwhich areattached hereto: Noonepresent and nothing received atCity Hall. There being nofurther objections, comments, orevidence offered, theMayor announced thehearing closed. Council Member Havens introduced theresolution next hereinafter set out, and moved that thesaid resolution beadopted; seconded byCouncil Member Kahler; and after due consideration thereof bytheCity Council, theMayor putthequestion upon themotion andthe rollbeing called, the following named Council Members voted: Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Havens.
