More Frequent Reminders Our campaign-style license renewal reminder program may seem a bit over-the-top at first, but we have learned that more equals more when it comes to the frequency and method for reminders. 1. Campaign-style with multiple pre- and post-expiration reminders 2. Email, letter and automated phone calls 3. Reminders cease when a renewal purchase is made, or the pet owner indicates they have moved out of jurisdiction or they no longer own the pet. 4. Can include citations and notice-to-license communications (for rabies vaccination record collection programs)
