Motion seconded byCouncilperson Bartels. Ayes: Upton, Kahler, Bartels, Havens, Ryan Nays: None. Absent: None. Whereupon fiveCouncil members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared thattheRESOLUTIONNO.2017-037,ARESOLUTIONSETTINGTHEDATE FORAPUBLICHEARINGREGARDINGFIREWORKSREGULATIONStobeadopted andsignified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto. th Passed bytheCityCouncil onthe6dayofJune, 2017.
