RESOLUTION NO. 2015-113 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRING OF HART-FREDERICK TO PROVIDE COST ESTIMATES FOR NORTH PARK ROAD INCLUDING HIGHWAY 6 INTERSECTION Whereas, The City recognizes that it needs to include upgrading North Park Road including Highway 6 intersection into its Capital Improvement Plan because of the future construction of Forevergreen Road interchange, and; Whereas, The City will need to know the cost of such improvement, Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve hiring Hart-Frederick to provide cost estimates for the upgrade of North Park Road. On the 28th day of October, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2015-113, RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRING OF HART-FREDERICK TO PROVIDE COST ESTIMATES FOR NORTH PARK ROAD INCLUDING HIGHWAY 6 INTERSECTION and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Jo Kahler, Mike Ryan, Al Havens, Jim Bartels, Peggy Upton Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2015-113, RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRING OF HART-FREDERICK TO PROVIDE COST ESTIMATES FOR NORTH PARK ROAD INCLUDING HIGHWAY 6 INTERSECTION to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
