RESOLUTION NO. 20137176 y A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE' PRELIMINARY PLAT OF TIFFIN HEIGHTS,, A SUBDIVISION TO TIFFIN, IOWA I. WHEREAS, MMS Consultants, has filed with the City of Tiffin a preliminary plat for Tiffin Heights, a sub -division to the City of Tiffin, Iowa, legally described on attached Exhibit "A", hereby incorporated and WHEREAS, The Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission has reviewed and have given their recommendations for the preliminary plat presented at the 09/ 04/ 13 meeting, and WHEREAS, The Tiffin -Fire Chief has reviewed' and given their recommendations for the preliminary plat, and WHEREAS; City Engineer, Hart Frederick, has given his review and comments of said preliminary plat, provided however that no. improvements shall be constructed or installed without his written approval, which may be withheld until such time as all necessary permits have been issued from the state and federal agencies; and NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE City Council of Tiffin', Iowa, that the Preliminary Plat, for Tiffin Heights is hereby approved; and' further that the Mayor and City Administrator/ Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute all related legal documents, and that the City shall properly record this Resolution 2013- 176 and if necessary as peg instructions of City Attorney, the Sub -Dividers Agreement is not to be included with this resolution. That the lots within Tiffin Heights shall be zoned according to the official zoning map for the City of Tiffin, Iowa to be and Outlots A, C and D to` be dedicated to the City as Open/ Park Space. On the 25th day df September, 201 3afa regular City Council meeting Council person Kahler introduced A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF TIFFIN HEIGHTS, A SUBDIVISION TO TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motionfor approval. - The motion, was seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Kahler Nays: - none Absent: Ryan WHEREUPON four Council' members voted for approval, Mayor Berner declared the motion carried and approved Resolution 2013- 176 be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
