Sheet C123 21. Revise returns at entrance from Boardwalk Avenue from 20’R to 28’R. Returns have been revised. 22. Recommendation to include orange hatching in legend. It is our understanding that this denotes removals. A legend has been added. They denote removals. Sheet C140 23. Identify dumpster location, if applicable. A dumpster location has been added. 24. Seeding information appears to follow Iowa DOT Standard. Update seeding information to follow SUDAS requirements. Seeding information has been updated. 25. There appear to be conflicting contours on the east side of the site. Modify as necessary. Grading has been reviewed and revised. Sheet C141-144 26. Relocate elevation test, slope test, and/or slope arrows, where necessary, to avoid conflicting texts and be able to see ADA slopes. Ensure all ADA ramps and landings have running and cross slopes for review, including those internal to the site. Spot and slope text has been reviewed. Additional views of ADA areas have been added to a new plan sheet. 27. Verify if sheet scales are accurate and modify as necessary (all sheets). Scales have been reviewed and revised as needed. Sheet C141 28. Identify running slope of path to the south property line, if this is intended to convey people from the southern parking lot to this site, verify ADA compliance. This sidewalk connection has been removed. Sheer C143 29. It appears there is a quick cross-slope transition at the north end between proposed building 11 & 12, when vehicles turn south that begins at 3.99% and exceed 7%. Consider evaluating and modify plans if desired. This area has been reviewed, and the transition has been softened as much as feasible. Sheet C160 30. Streetlighting design shows light poles on top of the storm sewer. We recommend light pole locations be revised or storm sewer be adjusted. Light poles have been shifted to avoid pipes as needed.
