EXHIBIT " A" HICKORY KNOLL All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty -Seven ( 27) lying South of the right of way of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific RailroadCompany; also the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section .Thirty -Four ( 34) except the south 24 rods thereof; all in Township Eighty ( 80) North, Range Seven ( 7) West of the 5th P. M., subject to the following provision. The Grantee agrees to convey back to the Grantors by Quit Claim Deed two acres more or less of the above described tract lying northerly of the thread of Clear Creek provided the Grantors at their expense provide a legal description for said two -acre tract based on a survey of record, and comply with any applicable platting and zoning procedures on or before January 1, 1985. The Grantees agrees to sign such documents and to perform such acts as may be reasonably requested to assist Grantors in obtaining such description and compliance.
