RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 124 A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONING OF HICKORY KNOLL PARCEL FROM PUBLIC TO R -1E AND THEN TO' PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING R -1E ZONING Whereas, The City has, received a request to rezone portions of the Hickory Knoll and; Whereas the City Council of the. City of Tiffin recognizes; per the attached legal description ( Exhibit " A"), that the rezoning is necessary to build the desired development posed; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set the public hearing date for July 10, 2013 for the rezoning of,the Hickory Knoll property. On the 26th day of June, 2013, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2013- 124, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE IL FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONING OF HICKORY KNOLL PARCEL FROM PUBLIC, TO R -1E AND THEN TO PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING R -1E ZONING and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton Nays: Phillips Absent: None Whereupon Four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared. that the Resolution No. 2013- 124, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONING OF HICKORY KNOLL FOR PARCEL FROM PUBLIC TO R -1E AND THEN TO PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT WITH UNDERLYING RAE ZONING to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. f 26th Passed by the City Council on' the day of June, 2013.
