0480: Remove Class III 21in RCP storm sewer from project, pipe section P-24 will be upsized to 24in RCP to accommodate storm flows from Homemaker's 0950: Remove 8in DIP gate valve, Homemaker's water service(s) upsized to 10in, so 8in gate valve is no longer needed. 8170: Add SW-403 MODIFIED cast-in-place for storm structure S-06. SW-403 MODIFIED previously designed for S-06 is removed from the project. Upsize of this structure was necessary to accommodate tie in of 66in RCP to be installed by Homemaker's. See sheet M.11 and M.12 for revisions. 8180: Add 10" PVC to accommodate upsizing of Homemaker's water services from 8in to 10in. 8190: Add 10" gate valves to accommodate upsizing of Homemaker's water services from 8in to 10in. 8200: Add new well for structure I-22. New well furnish only, to accommodate 8in HDPE tie in from Homemaker's. See sheet M.09 for revisions. 8210: Add new well for structure S-05.
