Revised Project Amount $5,554,449.41 B-Reason for Change 0110: Add an additional entrance from Mopar Dr. to Homemaker's, see sheet E.02 for revisions. 0130: Add additional median required for added driveway entrance from Mopar Dr. to Homemaker's 0420: Add for additional saw cutting work required on structure I-20 to accommodate Homemaker's storm sewer. See sheet M.09 for revisions. 0490: Add to eliminate 21" RCP and replace with 24" RCP on pipe section P-24. To accommodate Homemaker's storm flows. See M.09 for revisions. 0530: Add to extend pipe section P-25 by 1' to accommodate Homemaker's storm sewer tie in. See sheet M.10 for revisions. 0640: Decrease quantity to account for decrease in trail section across Mopar Dr. where Homemaker's Mopar Drive entrance will now be. See sheet E.02 for revisions. 0670: Add quantity for increase in sidewalks to account for driveways being shifted on Mopar Drive. See sheet E.02 for revisions. 0760: Add quantity for increase in square steel tube posts to accommodate stop sign added for Homemaker's. 0770: Additional post base needed to add a stop sign on Homemaker's new Mopar Drive entrance. 0800: Additional signage needed to add a stop sign on Homemaker's new Mopar Drive entrance. 0830: Additional pavement markings needed to add a cross walk and a stop bar on Homemaker's new Mopar Drive entrance. 0900: Remove portion of 8in water main from the project to account for moved tie in locations, and upsize of 8in to 10in to accommodate Homemaker's water services needs. See sheets MWM.07 and MWM.08 for revisions. 0920: Remove 12" tee, add a 10"x12" reducer and 12" cross. Remove 12"x8" tee, add 12" tee and 10"x12" reducer. Net increase in fittings by weight. Changes are necessary to accommodate Homemaker's upsize to 10" service and add additional 10" service. See sheets MWM.07 and MWM.08 for revisions. 1000: Additional blowoff device to accommodate Homemaker's additional 10" service. 0340: Remove SW-403 MODIFIED, change storm structure S-06 to a SW-401 120" DIA.
