CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA RESOLUTION NO. 2008-04 A RESOLUTION APPROVING "THE DEPOT" AS AN OFFICIAL SITE FOR POSTING CITY NOTICES FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA. WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin wishes to name "The Depot" as an official site for the posting of City Notices; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA that "The Depot" is an official site for the posting of City Notices. ON THE 11 day of February, 2008, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Wright introduced A RESOLUTION APPROVING "THE DEPOT" AS AN OFFICIAL SITE FOR POSTING CITY NOTICES FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Petersen. Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried. WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2008-04 A RESOLUTION APPROVING "THE DEPOT" AS AN OFFICIAL SITE FOR POSTING CITY NOTICES FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
