CITY OF TIFFIN IOWA RESOLUTION NO. 2001-30 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENTERING INTO OF A SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNER/SUBDIVIDER OF ROLLING HILLS ESTATES PART ONE, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA. WHEREAS, Resolution 2001-24 was passed by the Tiffin City Council on October 10, 2001, approving the final plat of Rolling Hills Estates, Part One, Tiffin; AND WHEREAS, the City and the Subdivider/Owner of Rolling Hills Estates, Part One, Tiffin; have agreed to further terms and reduced them to writing in the Subdivider's Agreement, as attached hereto and incorporated herein; AND WHEREAS, the City desires to state its approval and acceptance of all infrastructure and improvements in said subdivision; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Subdivider's Agreement as approved by the City Engineer and City Attorney. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby accepts all infrastructure and improvements in Rolling Hills Estate, Part One, Tiffin, Iowa; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the SUBDIVIDER/OWNER agrees to record in Johnson County, this Resolution with the attached Subdivider's Agreement and provide copies of the recorded subdivision documents to the Tiffin City Attorney. ON THE 12th day of December 2001, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Gericke introduced A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENTERING INTO OF A SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT WITH THE OWNER/SUBDIVIDER OF ROLLING HILLS ESTATES PART ONE, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Gericke, Ryan, Dilis and Bartels Nays: Walls Motion carried.
