CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION NO. 2000 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT WITH GREGORY SCHOTT, AS ATTACHED HERETO WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, requires the services of a rental property manager; and WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into a contract for building inspector services with Gregory Schott and to authorize him to enter into lease agreements on behalf of the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN IOWA, that the mayor and clerk are hereby authorized to execute the contract attached hereto, and incorporated herein, thereby entering into an agreement with Gregory Schott, for rental property management, including authorizing him to enter into lease agreements on behalf of the city. ON THE 8th day of November, 2000, at a regular (regular/special) meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Walls introduced A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT WITH GREGORY SCHOTT, AS ATTACHED HERETO, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Gericke. Ayes: Dils, Ryan, Gericke, Bartels, and Walls Nays: None. Motion carried. WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT WITH GREGORY SCHOTT, AS ATTACHED HERETO, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
