A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK ‘TO EXECUTE THE SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT FOR RE-PLATTING A PORTION OF TIFFIN EAST SUBDIVISION TO TIFFIN, IOWA. WHEREAS, Clarence Sewell and James Stetzel (hereinafter: Subdividers) seek to re-plat a portion of TIFFIN EAST Subdivision in the City of Tiffin; and WHEREAS, the City and the Subdividers have negotiated certain terms and conditions for the establishment of the proposed re-platted subdivision and have reduced those terms and conditions to writing, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA, that the Mayor and Clerk shall execute the Subdivider's Agreement for TIFFIN EAST Subdivision to Tiffin, lowa, attached hereto, and the City shall comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth therein upon completion of the necessary condition s precedent required of the Subdividers. On the 8th day of June, 1h at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, lowa, Councilerson St atton introduced the above-captioned resolution, and made a motion for approval of the resolution.
