Section II. Amendment: Section5.12 PERFORMANCE BOND PERMITTED ofthe Tiffin Subdivision Ordinance ishereby revoked andreplaced with thefollowing: 5.12 ESCROW PERMITTED Inlieu oftherequirement that improvements becompleted prior totheapproval ofafinal plat, thesubdivider may deposit with theCity anescrow equal tothe cost of improvements plus tenpercent (10%)thereof incash. However, such approval oftheplat shall not constitute final acceptance ofany improvements tobeconstructed. Improvements willbeaccepted only after their construction hasbeen completed. Section III. Amendment: Section5.13 REQUIREMENT OF THE FINAL PLATof theTiffin Subdivision Ordinance ishereby amended asfollows: 5.13 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FINAL PLAT Thesubdivider shall, within one (1)year from thedateofapproval ofthepreliminary plat, unless such time period hasbeen extended, prepare and file with the City Clerk, twenty (20) copies ofthe final plat and required attachments, assetforth inthis ordinance. Except forafinal platforaminor subdivision assetforth herein, nofinal plat shall beconsidered bytheCity Council until and unless apreliminary plat forthearea included intheproposed finalplat has been approved and hasnot expired andbecome voidassetforth above. Copies ofthe Final Plat shall bedistributed tothe City Engineer andtheCityAttorney fortheir review, andupon completion ofsame, theCity Engineer and City Attorney shall report thefindings oftheir review totheCity Council forits consideration regarding acceptance oftheFinal Play byresolution. Allresolutions approving final plats shall berecorded bythe subdivider, with copies ofthe recorded documents tobeprovided totheCity Attorney. Extensions oftimemay bepermitted in order tofinalize and bring thefinal platinto compliance with this chapter and the recommendations oftheCity Engineer, City Attorney orCity Staff. The final plat shall bedrawn atascale ofoneinch equals onehundred feet (1" =100') or larger. Sheet size shall benogreater than eighteen inches bytwenty-four inches (18" x 24") norsmaller than eight andone-half inches byeleven inches (8-1/2"x11") and shall
