I, Doug Boldt, City Administrator/Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, CHAPTER 17, BY AMENDING SECTION 17.06 – COMPENSATION and known as No. 2017-419 was duly passed by the Council on the 17th day of October 2017, and signed by the Mayor on the 18th day of October 2017, and published on the 19th day of October 2017, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
