Section II. Amendment. Section 17.06ofChapter 17 Compensation is hereby amended asfollows: CHAPTER 17 CITY COUNCIL 17.06 COMPENSATION. Thesalary ofeachCouncil Member is $50.00foreach regular orspecial citycouncil meeting attended. Section III. Repealer. Allordinances orpartsofordinances inconflict withthe provisions ofthisOrdinance arehereby repealed. Section IV. Severability Clause. Ifanysection, provision orpartofthis ordinance shallbeadjudged invalid orunconstitutional, suchadjudication shallnot affect thevalidity oftheordinance asawhole oranysection, provision orpartthereof notadjudged invalid orunconstitutional. Section V. When Effective.
