Section II. Amendment. Section 15.04ofChapter 15 Compensation is hereby amended asfollows: CHAPTER 15 MAYOR 15.04 COMPENSATION. Thesalary oftheMayor is $4,500.00peryear, plus 50.00foreachregular orspecial citycouncil meeting attended. Section III. Repealer. Allordinances orpartsofordinances inconflict withthe provisions ofthisOrdinance arehereby repealed. Section IV. Severability Clause. Ifanysection, provision orpartofthis ordinance shallbeadjudged invalid orunconstitutional, suchadjudication shallnot affect thevalidity oftheordinance asawhole oranysection, provision orpartthereof notadjudged invalid orunconstitutional. Section V. When Effective.
