BE IT ENACTED by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa: Section I. Purpose: The purpose of this ordinance is to amend Sections 5. 13 and 5. 14, City of Tiffin Iowa Subdivision Ordinance. No. 2012- 319, to clarify the requirement of subdividers to pay the costs and fees of the City Engineer in Subsections 5. 13( U)(viii) and 5. 14( 4). Section II. Amendment: Subsection 5. 13( U)(•viii) of Section 5. 13 of the City of Tiffin Iowa Subdivision Ordinance No 2012- 319 is hereby replaced with the following: 5. 1. 3 REQUIREMENT OF THE FINAL. PLAT t n 5 U), The final plat should, also have the following accompanying instruments : i viii . A receipt or other documentation indicating that the subdivider has paid for , ti all of the costs and fees incurred by the , 2 City Engineer from the preliminary plat stage through the date of submission of the final plat . This includes, but is not limited to, costs associated with reviewing' construction plans, monitoring construction progress, consulting with the. subdivider and' 1 its engineer, and any reasonable construction ` observations performed in conjunction with the engineering administration.
