Ordinance Adopted: 5/13/98 of the Fringe Area Agreement with Johnson County, Iowa, shall cause plats of such area to be made in the form, and containing the information, as hereinafter set forth beforeselling any lots herein contained or placing the plat on record. The City of Tiffin is granted the authority to review said proposed subdivisions outside the city limits bySection 354.9of the Code ofIowa and the Fringe Area Agreement withJohnson, County, Iowa. 1. 04RECORDING OFPLAT No subdivision plat, or street dedication within the City ofTiffin, Iowa, orwithin the area ofthe Fringe Area Agreement shall be filed for record with the County Recorder, orrecorded bythe County Recorder, until afinal plat of such subdivision, orstreet dedication has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Upon the approval ofthe final plat by the City Council, it shall be the duty of the subdivider to immediately file such plat with the County Auditor and County Recorder, as required by law. Such approval shall berevocable after thirty (30) days, unless such plat has been duly recorded and evidence thereof filed with the City Clerk within such thirty (30) days. 1. 05FEES ESTABLISHED The City Council shall, from time totime establish by resolution, fees for the review of plats.
