Five members of the Council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Royce Phillips declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 2008- 291, was read the first time and discussed and placed on record. On the day of 9th 2008, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Gericke introduced Ordinance No. 2008- 291, and moved that it be given its second reading. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Wright. Ayes: chris Ra11 , Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, John Wria ht Nayes: None Motion carried. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Mark Petersen AyesChris Ball, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen Absent- Bartels & Wright Nayes: None 3 members of the Council being present and having voted " Aye", Mayor Royce Phillips declared the motion carried, and the ordinance was passed. Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No. 2008- 291 be adopted and signified his by fixing his signature thereto.
