I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA, UPON PASSAGE OF THE RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR TIMBER RIDGE VIEW, A SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA., and known as No. 2005-270 was duly passed by the council on the 25 day of May 2005, and signed by the mayor on the 25 day of May 2005, and published on the 27th day of May 2005, by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
