I, Clerk of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, state that an ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PROVISIONS FOR THE REMOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE FROM THE CITY STREETS AND ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY ROUTE AND PROHIBITING PARKING OF CARS ON CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA and known as No. 2002-251 was duly passed by the Tiffin City Council on the 10th day of April, 2002 and signed by the mayor on the 10th day of April, 2002 and published on the 24th day of April, 2002 by posting copies thereof in three public places within the limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
