TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 The Tiffin City Council met in a special meeting at 7:30 p.m., June 12, 1974 at Tiffin City Hall. Mayor Brotherton presiding. Councilmen present: Beverly Birtcher, Glenn Potter, Judy Smith and Roger Janssen. Absent: Bill Drem. Also present: Ralph Neuzil, Attorney, Glenn Shoemaker, City Engineer and Dolores Rogers, County Auditor. Glenn Potter moved to employ Chapman and Cutler, Chicago, as bonding attorneys for the sewer ponds. Beverly Birtcher seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Ralph Neuzil will contact Chapman and Cutler. Beverly Birtcher moved to participate with Regional Planning Commission in the special census. Judy Smith seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Dolores Rogers, County Auditor, was present to answer questions concerning Federal Revenue Sharing money. Roger Janssen moved to transfer $1500 from Federal Revenue Sharing to Street Account. Judy Smith seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Glenn Potter moved to amend the budget with Revenue Sharing Funds as follows: $520 plus $36 interest to Public Safety $810 plus $56 interest to General - $1500 to Streets Beverly Birtcher seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Roger Janssen moved to place anticipated Revenue Sharing Funds for July 1, 1974 to June 30, 1975 into Public Safety. Glenn Potter seconded the motion.
