TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 Budget Hearing July 3, 1974 Tiffin City Council Mayor Brotherton presiding. Present: Bill Bream, Beverly Birtcher, Glenn Potter, Judy Smith, Attorney Neuzil. Absent: Roger Janssen. There were no persons present and no objections received on the budget amendment as published in the Iowa City Press-Citizen on June 22, 1974.
