TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 Tiffin City Council Mtg. -2- July 3, 1974 Glenn Potter moved to finance the sewer project with General Obligation Bonds. Judy Smith seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote. Judy Smith moved to use Federal Revenue Sharing money to pay Sheriff's Patrol - $208.00, Tiffin Fire Association - $234.00, and Press Citizen - $42.55. Beverly Birtcher seconded the motion. Motion carried by roll call vote.
