Clerk's notes from December 14, 1977 regular Council meeting. Barbara Murray, Johnson County Regional Planning reported the tenant relocation rules which apply when accepting a matching funds grant from the Federal Bureau of Outdoor Recreation for land acquisition. The Clerk-Treas. presented copies of the Federal Revenue sharing report to the Bureau of Census. A correction was noted which will appear on the December financial report in the amount of $139.11 to be credited to the General Investment Fund and debited from the Water investment fund. Council granted Stratton's request for building animal housing for holding animals temporarily on her property. Signs will be posted announcing the date and place for the Community Open House on Dec. 19th. Copies of the solid waste disposal rules will be distributed to the Clear Creek Mobile Home Park residents and sent to Tim Wolfe. The Mayor will deliver these. Ralph Brown will be advised that he should order a large water meter to serve the Clear Creek Mobile Home Park. Mayor Brotherton will respond to a letter from Shirley Thompson requesting the City's public parking rules. The Council will meet on January 2, 1978 at 11:00 a.m. in City Hall for the purpose of qualifying and taking office for a two year term. Also, to appoint a Mayor and Clerk-Treas. Beverly J. Butcher
