Minutes-12/14/1977

The Tiffin City Council met in regular session on December 14, 1977 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall. Mayor Brotherton presiding called the roll at 7:45 p.m. Councilmembers present: T. Morgan, F. Potter, R. Formanek, & J. Stratton. Absent: R. Janssen. Also present: Barbara Murray. Potter moved to approve the minutes of the November 9th regular meeting. Morgan seconded and motion carried unanimously. Morgan moved to accept the November financial report. Potter seconded and motion carried unanimously. Stratton moved to transfer $100.00 from the General fund to the Special Community events account. Potter seconded and motion carried unanimously. Stratton made the motion to enter into a contract with the Johnson County Sheriff's Dept. for $1248.00 per year. Morgan seconded and motion carried unanimously. Potter moved to approve the following bills and accept the following receipts. Stratton seconded and motion carried unanimously.
