TOWN OF TIFFIN TIFFIN, IOWA 52340 The Tiffin City Council held a public budget hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, 1978 in City Hall. Mayor Brotherston presiding called roll at 7:37 p.m. Councilmembers present: Stratten, Potter, Sheridan, Jansen and Morgan. At the public hearing, there was not any resident or taxpayer present to present objections to, or arguments in favor of, any part of the proposed budget. Potter moved that the following resolution # 78-100 be adopted: The annual budget for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 1979, as set forth in the Budget Summary attached, and the detailed budget as superseded thereof showing the revenue estimated and appropriation for expenses and allocations for the current fiscal year is adopted, and the clerk is directed to have certified a copy by him and to set up her books in accordance with the summary and detailed budget as set forth in the attached documents, and be followed by all officers, Sheridan, Jansen, Morgan.
