Minutes-4 /25/1979

Tiffin City Council met in special session on Wednesday, April 25, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. Council members present: Madden, Sheridan, Stratton. Absent: Morgan. Mayor Pro-Tem Potter presiding called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. Motion to approve the minutes of the April 11, 1979 regular meeting was made by Sheridan, seconded by Madden and carried unanimously. Ordinance 1979-82, AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA was read for the second time. Motion to have the third reading of Ordinance 1979-82 at the May 9, 1979 regular meeting was made by Madden, seconded by Stratton and carried unanimously. Motion to appoint Adelia Kern as Clerk-Treasurer was made by Sheridan, seconded by Madden and carried unanimously.
