Corrected Minutes: Tiffin City Council met in special session on Wednesday, April 25, 1979 at 7:30 p.m. Council members present: Madden, Sheridan, Stratton. Absent: Morgan. Mayor Pro-Tem Potter presiding called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. Motion to approve the minutes of the April 11, 1979 regular meeting was made by Sheridan, seconded by Madden and carried unanimously. AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA was read for the second time. Motion to have the third reading of the Subdivision Ordinance at the May 9, 1979 regular meeting was made by Madden, seconded by Stratton and carried unanimously. Motion to appoint Adelia Kern as Clerk-Treasurer, effective May 10, 1979 and to pay her $3.00 per hour of training, was made by Sheridan, seconded by Madden and carried unanimously. Motion to adjourn at 10:40 p.m. was made by Madden, seconded by Stratton and carried unanimously. Adelia S. Kern, Clerk-Treasurer Roger N. Formandek, Mayor Paragraph 6 corrected by council on May 9, 1981 to include portion of motion to pay Adelia Kern for training at $13.00 per hour. All other items in minutes remain the same as original.
