Planning and Zoning Commission did not meet on Michel Subdivision request. No council action taken. Mayor Formanek reported that Tom Morgan will try to recruit new members for Planning and Zoning Commission. Potter reported that Mike Colleran is willing to serve as chairman of the Board of Adjustment and either Ron or Juanita Langenberg will also serve on Board. Mayor Formanek instructed Potter to recruit five members willing to serve on Board of Adjustment and to contact clerk so that a special meeting can be called to appoint members to Board of Adjustment. Rohret will check with Wayne Stratton on status of Planning and Zoning Commission. Motion Rohret second Potter to approve Agreement with Iowa Department of Transportation for Repair and Maintenance Municipal Extensions of Primary Roads, for a period of July 1, 1981 through June 30, 1986. Carried unanimously. Motion Potter second Spivey to instruct clerk to write letter to owner of lot no. 4 of Sadler Subdivision and request him to cut or destroy weeds and tall grass in accordance with Ordinance No. 1979-92.
