Spivey reported that the cost of a family card if purchased privately is still $25.00 but the library stated that this is subject to change. Rohret suggested reimbursing users for cards purchased in this manner. Council gave Spivey authorization to offer $1,000 to the Coralville Public Library for fiscal year 1984 contract.
