Banks are in process of working out details of agreements. Attorney will review first two agreements, entitled AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE AND REPAY DEPOSITS OF PUBLIC FUNDS and resolution naming depository. City will approve at next meeting. Clerk will send letter to State asking to remain in sinking fund until agreements are complete.

Motion Kobold second Spivey to approve bills and accept receipts. Carried unanimously.
Motion Cox second Stevens to adjourn at 8:45 p.m. Carried unanimously.
