CITY OF TIFFIN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING You are hereby notified that the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa will conduct a public hearing on the following proposed amendment to the zoning ordinance: Amend Ordinance No. 83 to rezone lot no. 3 of the Sadler Subdivision (318 College Street) from R-1 (single-family residential) to C-1 (Commercial). This public hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 1985 at 6:30 p.m. at the Tiffin fire station. Citizens are invited to attend and make comments, either orally or in writing. Adelia S.
