Minutes August 12, 1987 The Tiffin City Council met in special session on August 12, 1987 at the Tiffin fire station in order to conduct a public hearing on permanent financing for the new well. Mayor Potter called public hearing to order at 6:40 p.m. Members present were Stoner, Stratton, Eggers and Runge. Morgan was absent. Also present were Mike Hart, Todd Kimm and Harley Stapes. Motion Stratton second Eggers to approve agenda. Carried unanimously. No community input. A RESOLUTION: APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A LOAN AGREEMENT AND PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A $20,000.00 NOTE AND PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY OF TAXES TO PAY THE SAME was introduced by Stoner and seconded by Stratton. Clerk read Resolution. Roll call vote: Stoner, aye; Stratton, aye; Runge, aye; Eggers, aye. Morgan, absent. Mayor Potter declared Resolution No. 1987-13 duly passed and adopted.
