Sidwell and Stoner will meet with Iowa Product Development Commission Thursday morning. Tiffin must show community involvement in order for grant to be approved. If granted, Tiffin could sell the land at a specified rate on a 5-year balloon payment, refinancing after 5 years. State wants the city to make it as easy as possible for development.
