Deputy: That's what I'm afraid of.
Potter: Keep one side open for emergency vehicles.
Morgan: I'd like to know where and when the tickets are being written. I'm trying to be logical about this.
Deputy: Most are written on the weekends.

Stratton: Don't decide until we talk to the fire dept.
Spivey: When the signs went up, Greg didn't have as much business.
Morgan: The Lark has always been a problem.
Spivey: That's why there's signs on Grant Street.
Potter: Leave it like it is now. I'll talk to the fire dept.
Spivey: If we take them down, we should take the signs down on Main Street in front of Corsa's. There's no difference.
Stoner: I see a lot of difference.
Morgan: There's a lot of difference.
Deputy: The trucks have to have access in and out of the station.
Stratton: Leave them there if everyone who is in violation gets tickets.
Deputy: They have. I've written them myself on the west end of the street. You can bet we'll be here on Wednesday night. It's not just the parking. We've arrested people drinking on the sidewalk. There are a lot of people in town on Wednesday night.
Morgan: The Lark is swamped on Saturday nights after football games.

Deputy: During the street dance next month, I'd like to see Slim's or the fire dept. have someone at the gates at all times to keep people from carrying beer
